FROM DANNY:

Over the last 3-4 years, I've been building my own brands. We started in a bedroom packing orders and then everything changed when we got our "plumbing" right.

This basically means we fixed any leaky pipes before turning on the tap (advertising!). This made our profitability double.

Since then we've gone on to build 3 x brands that have done over EIGHT FIGURES 😳in revenue. Over £10 million / $13million.

The thing is, it wasn't even as complicated as I thought. It was actually more about keeping it simple.

You need discipline and focus.

So, now I've got a team of people who help build the brands, I've got more time to spend travelling and writing.
